Esplora’s Original Illustrated Storybooks Published!
Esplora is happy to announce the publication of its new, beautifully illustrated storybooks for children aged 3 to 6!
Two storybooks about the effect of plastic pollution on marine life
In the context of the Island Guardians project, the Esplora Content Development Team wrote two original storybooks focusing on the consequences of littering and the terrible impact of plastic pollution on beach and sea creatures.
The books are available in both Maltese and English. They were illustrated by Matt Stroud and printed by BDL Publishers.
A storytelling activity based on these books will take place for the first time on 10th October as part of the Island Guardians project closing event.
Esplora hopes to disseminate these books with libraries and schools in order to increase outreach and awareness of the problem of plastic pollution in the sea and encourage young children to be stewards of their natural heritage.
